How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer various shipping options including Standard and Express delivery. Shipping times vary by location, typically taking 3-5 working days for UK orders and 5-10 working days for international orders. Free shipping is available on orders over a specific threshold.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unwanted items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and swimwear with the hygiene seal removed cannot be returned.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your parcel's progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also checkout using PayPal, Apple Pay, or 'Buy Now, Pay Later' services like Klarna and Clearpay.
How do I know what size to buy?
Each product page features a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or checking the specific garment measurements provided.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, which means we may not be able to make changes once it is confirmed. If you need to cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately, though we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has reached the warehouse.
