We want you to love your Motel pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Register Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Ship It Back
Generate your return shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
